Jeffery Guobadia holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, and a Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

His certification as a Safety practitioner and supervisor from Safeguard Safety Company, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, his Oil and Gas certification from Gusto Oil and Gas Ltd, Dubai, and his field experiences at Arkleen Oil and Gas Ltd, Benin City, Edo State, has earned him the privilege to be a tutor is Health, Safety and Environment, in the practical risk assessment, first aid and fire, simplified for easy understanding.

His passion for teaching has seen him mentor more than 200 persons in Safety and has co-authored a safety handbook that could help preach the gospel of Safety in schools and homes. He is currently the Akwa Ibom State Chairman of National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NISCN) and the Head of Administration, Association for Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness Int’l (A-HSEAI).
