Jeffery Guobadia holds a Diploma in Computer Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, and a Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

His experiences and certifications as a human resources manager, and administrative personnel haven undergone courses from SharpHire Global Limited, Afterschool Graduate Development Centre (AGDC) and been trained in the tenets of Economic Management by The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN), has earned him the privilege to be a tutor is Human Resources Management, simplified for easy understanding.

His passion for teaching has seen him trained mentored more than 1000 persons in Human Resources Management. Since his training and certification in 2013 by AGDC, he has managed resources for the effective delivery of set goals. He is the secretary, Akwa Ibom State SAED Trainers Association, a body responsible for harmonizing trainers in skilled knowledge to corps members for optimal productivity. He is the Director of De AFTERMATH CONSULTS, a company dedicated to creating young entrepreneurs, encouraging and mentoring them to actualization of their dream businesses. His firm has mentored more than 2000 persons in businesses and human resources management. He is the author of “Practical Entrepreneurship”, “The Next Employee” and a co-author of “Safety Hand Book for Children and Care Givers”.
